What Industry Leaders Say

Our Exploration Strategy

With metal prices surging and Eagle Plains possessing a healthy war chest, investors are exposed to a significant amount of exploration drilling with 12 partner and self-funded programs planned in 2026.

Eagle Plains Resources researches and acquires quality exploration projects with the potential for mineral discovery. It utilizes in-house geological expertise to explore and develop these projects into resources.

A Cash Flowing Mineral Exploration Company

Diversified Discovery

Our diversified model at Eagle Plains generates material revenue while  delivering exploration without dilution.

Why It Matters

Multiple grassroots exploration programs across Canada, expand the chance of new  mineral discoveries rather than relying on a single project.

Our
project generator model spreads technical and financial risk by advancing many targets and partnering with other companies.

TerraLogic Exploration, Eagle Plains’ wholly owned geological services division, provides a consistent source of revenue through consulting and contracted field programs. Last year, TerraLogic generated approximately $12M and is projected to increase that to $15.3M in 2026.

Disciplined treasury management and a strong balance sheet provide stability in a volatile sector; in 2025 the company reported approximately $8.1M in cash and equivalents, plus investments and hard assets, with no debt.

Spin-outs;
more than $100M in “dividends” to shareholders to date, reflecting a company truly built by shareholders, for shareholders.

While final 2025 results are still being finalized, Eagle Plains continues to generate revenue from multiple sources:
